Dear Lindsey,

I've been meaning to contact you since 26th December on behalf of myself and the 7 members of our family who attended Xmas Day lunch at the Holiday Inn.

I would like to thank everyone for making it a very special occasion for us. We have never eaten out before on Christmas Day and had reservations about doing so. However, the food, the staff and the Venue were excellent.

Thank you all very much and we will be recommending you to others. Wishing you all the very best for 2010.

Hi Lindsey,

Sorry for the delay in getting in touch since our wedding! We have finally sorted Christmas now so I can breathe a sigh of relief now!!

I was emailing because I wanted to say a massive thanks for all of your help with our wedding, everything would never have gone so smoothly without your massive input into our big day.

I wanted to make a point of saying thanks for going out of your way on the night before the wedding, coming to my mum's and picking up my favours and also getting my mum and mother in law extra presents!!

The cake looked absolutely stunning with your gorgeous flower arranging!! You are a lady of many talents! The tables all looked lovely too with all that lovely glitter!

I also wanted to say a massive thanks to your Head Chef, the food on the day was absolutely amazing and everyone has mentioned it since the wedding and it is definitely something that all the guests will remember! We also came in on Saturday for a meal with my mum and stepdad and he came out to see us then to see how the food was which I thought was a lovely gesture.

I just like to thank you all for a wonderful Birthday party on Sunday. All your staff where very friendly and professional. The room was beautifully laid out and of course a special thanks to Bhaskar Banerjee and his team for creating such a wonderful menu, our guests haven’t stopped talking about it! The Holiday Inn are very lucky to have somebody so passionate and creative. I wish the management team all success in the future and Surbiton is lucky to have a great Hotel.

Guest arrived no car parking spaces available, guest had to park elsewhere, as his wife is disabled but they don’t have a blue badge, A member of staff Ishan assisted them and was very courtiouse and helpful and people like Ishan made the stay very pleasant and will be staying at the hotel again.

My fiancé and I had our engagement party at your Holiday Inn London Kingston South on Saturday 26th September and I wanted to thank you for making it such a special evening. We were both very happy with the level of commitment and care that your staff showed to us, not only during the night but with all the preparations in the run up to the evening as well. In particular, Mr Bhaskar Banajee and Miss Paloma Quadros were very helpful and could not have made our night any more wonderful than it was (all of my friends are both praising Mr Banajee for the superb food and cursing him at the same time for not allowing them to fit in their clothes any more!).

All of our guests had a very enjoyable and fun night, and they are all saying how beautiful the place was, and how well run the evening went. My fiancé and I want to thank you and your staff for making it such a memorable evening. I would also like to thank you for the beautiful flowers you gave us - they are brightening up our new apartment!
